Client Accounts Manager
Based at our Aylsham Office.
To manage a varied portfolio of clients – individuals, sole trade, partnership and Limited companies.
To oversee all aspects of the office, reporting performance to the Operations Director based at Head Office.
To develop and grow the client base, providing additional services to existing clients, and actively seeking new business in the local area.
To lead, support and develop your team to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent client experience.
You will have gained experience working in a practice environment, and ideally be ACCA/ACA qualified (or similar) and have an excellent working knowledge of current tax and accounting issues affecting small to medium sized owner managed businesses.
We are a focused on using the latest technology available, so experience of cloud accounting products such as Xero, Receipt Bank and Futrli would be an advantage.
